Shades of Red

Shades of Red is Kamakhya’s flagship two-day urban flea and fundraising festival focused on women’s health, hygiene, and menstrual awareness. Now in its second successful edition, it serves as an inclusive platform that brings together creators, entrepreneurs, and NGOs through sustainability-led stalls, menstrual innovations, workshops, flash mobs, and panel conversations. Most participating brands promote eco-friendly products and sustainable menstrual solutions, strengthening Kamakhya’s mission toward long-term impact. The festival remains open to all, offering a creative and safe space where awareness transforms into action.

Shades of Red 1.0 Kamakhya’s debut urban festival, brought together conscious brands, interactive installations, creative workshops, panel talks, and live performances to spark dialogue on menstrual health and sustainability. The launch of the Period Pain Simulator went viral nationwide, amplifying the cause. Distinguished guests—including Shri Harsh Sanghvi, Hetal Patel, and Bharat Shah—added strong support to the initiative.
